This is a very good and very useful application for anybody in case of any emergency situation anywhere in Kerala. The name of this App Pol-App is not good or easily identifiable. It can be Kerala Police app. Any how big congrats and salutes, all the best.

"I installed the Kerala Pol-App for my safety, but my experience has been disappointing. I requested house monitoring for a month, but my request was not approved despite multiple attempts. I also tried using the 'Monitor My Journey' feature, but it didn’t work. The app needs improvements in responsiveness and functionality. I hope the developers fix these issues soon, as this app could be very useful if it worked properly."

The app is excellent with a lot of services at a single window. Good, but I am facing difficulty in making a payment for NIOC request. I logged in my mobile device as well as in my laptop. But after entering all data, it direct to e- Treasury site and then starts buffering for 9 minutes. I have been trying since yesterday morning, and I had forwarded a mail also regarding this issue. I hope the concerned IT team will rectify it soon so that many people can use this apps benefits.

The app & concept is excellent and services are included also good to have. But there are some issues have in this app. One is, when ever we click any button or portion, the responsiveness is lag and some color changes are also appearing in the screen. Another one is the UI its not much good looking. The starting logo and picture is pixcelate, try to add some sharp and HD logo in the app while opening.

It's a good app but there's too many bugs in it. When we open the app for the first time it get freezed on home for sometime and it takes too long time get the OTP for log in.(Not so smooth to use). Also for every action it takes too many time(loading). There's no option to track complaints and it's a most wanted feature. Also add seperate departments it will help to complaint to the appropriate department. So need a good update with this type of more features and less bug. Overall a usefull app

Very good initiative by Kerala Police making services accessible to common man through mobile app. One suggestion is For complaints registered through Pol-App presently complainant has to physically appear to close the complainant. If provision is added in the app itself it would be great👍

It's fine, but needs improvement. Being a software developer, I noticed few things that were missing, important details can be added to app like under complaint page one must add more choices like against political party member, add others column with option to type. Secondly, in respondent details for unknown person, adding a mobile number is difficult so give option to add or not, thirdly suggest adding a respondent photo with security intact and data validation only identify, add JPG option
