I have been receiving a system error message, and the app is not allowing me to sign in. It has been more than a week, and it is still not fixed. It's an expensive paid subscription it shouldn't be like this. I reached out to the customer service, and they replied back, saying they could not help. They said I need to contact a different department as they have a separate service line for 2018 and older models. This is so frustrating. The app breaks right when you need it the most. It's summer

11/22/24 App will not stop crashing and can't even login. CAN'T USE USE REMOTE START EVEN THOUGH I'M PAYING FOR THIS. 8/10/24 Again there are more issues. The app has been down for over a week again and refuses to load. Its summer!! Original poast was made a year ago: App does not load and has not loaded for almost a week now. Can't use the safety settings or auto start from app. Is mercedes going to refund customers from service packages since the service is unavailable?

11-15 forced to update app today! Passcode not working. Log in page "no longer available!" This is a horrible representation of mercedes and I will probably never buy another one! FIX THE APP!!! GIVE ME WHAT IM PAYING FOR! 8-14 STILL IS NOT WORKING!! This is a luxury company, you can afford better IT people who would b somewhat intelligent and knowledgeable on how to fix a "minor bug issue" that has been preventing everyone from using the app for almost a month! We demand a refund!

Almost Useless. Extremely unreliable. Sometimes, it displays correct information, and sometimes old information and some information, such as SiriusXM subscription, is always missing! Also, the listed help number is obsolete! After extensive searching, I found the correct number. However, they couldn't help and they gave me their own number (the same one I was talking to) to call for help!!!

Update...Fixed again after a month not working. Update...Not again! I'm receiving the same system error message. This is a very expensive app service that should not have the same problems that it had 2 years ago. There is no excuse for this. Update...I received a personal message from Mercedes that the system error within the app problem was fixed. Which was nice. The app is now working, and no issues are detected. I hope it will continue to work because it's an excellent app.

08/06/24 Stand by my previous review, never works when you need it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and it hasn't worked since their last update. I get the same error message that they are working on it. Taking their sweet time about it... 12/26/18 Never works when you need it. It's the worst app I've ever tried to use. They should be ashamed. My husband drives the Mercedes and hates it. I have no issues with my Cadillac or the app. He is so envious. First and last Mercedes we will ever buy.

They fixed the"error login" issue, (Aug 18,2024), so I've updated it from 1 star ( only bc the app was pointless besides that). It's back functional now, so I can locate, remote start, and lock/unlock my suv from anywhere there is cell signal. I didn't get a coupon on a service or something as an apology, but I guess simply taking care of the issue was enough

System error for over a month Cannot login to the app, basically is useless and paid good money for access to this app and to my car. I'm very disappointed. How MB can charge money for something that doesn't work is like stealing money, in my opinion. I can understand technical issues for a day or two, but not weeks at the time. I should receive a refund and so other users. Again, I'm very disappointed and angry. Now it is over a month that doesn't work, and nobody will reply to my emails. Junk!
