A Beautiful app but has a few glitches apparently?Always opens to sign up! No easy access for members to sign in or check their account. Not user friendly... Please make this app more user friendly for current members please. We would appreciate better support & user friendly app.

I love 1C. I listen to 1C all day while I work. I also love being g able to enter the giveaway contest whether I win or not. I keep my day rocking with the sound of country.

After changing my name in the app, the app refuses to allow me access to my profile settings, instead, it closes the app when I click on the profile picture. I contacted support and they gave me a "restart the app" answer and basically said they didnt see a similar issue on their end. Even after uninstalling, and reinstalling, this error persists. Which means they issue is attached to my account on their server side. Even when logging in on a diffferent device it still closes.

Annoying This app is supposedly the only way to adjust your entries but it never works! It spins in the loading wheel of death and never completes the request. There is no option to adjust entries on the website which is ridiculous and frustrating. Also there is no way to adjust the volume of the radio station. I can't here the songs nor the extra ways to earn points. The phone volume button doesn't adjust the radio at all. Needs updates.

The opportunity to become a member and they enter you into every contest automatically. They have different levels of membership at affordable rates to join, so why not join. They also keep you informed as to what country artists are playing, when and where.

They give you challenges but do not explain how to send them proof. So I reached out with their 2 different emails, and both were ignored. Now, the challenge is over, and I received no bonus points. If it wasn't a worthy charity, I would be really upset, but I wanted to help either way. In the end, the lack of tech support, which is nonexistent, discourages people from doing any future challenges. The app is poorly put together, with little explanation on anything.
