The first impression was bad but I had hope that the app would at least show me my balance, now after using it for one day I found that it's actually trash, I can't even log in with my Facebook account, a message pop out saying that there's a connection error while the device is connected to my wifi. I'm going to uninstall it. You failed, guys, but don't give up.

It blocked me from adding the card I just received on the mail from my employer. It blocked my computer access to your website as it says "access denied from this server". The help system chat bot does NOT have a text field to respond nor any choices. I don't know what's wrong with your services but everything regarding edenred has been completely useless and a waste of my time up to this point. Can't even contact real customer service.

This app is nothing but just trash! I try so many times to log in and nothing, try using FB and nothing, try to create a new account, and nothing... that's the reason I say it is TRASH 100%. I even call and a machine answered and said; The system is experiencing delays on the information please log into the page.... I did and it send me to download the stupid app... you all know the story already.

I'm connected to my internet and it says that I need to enable wifi connection or data usage, I tried both ways and it still sends me to the same error, I was able to create an account on my pc but it doesn't has de option to add the card, it has to be added directly from the app

Horrible app. It often crashes due to system issues which makes it a less that favorable customer experience. It is not secure even if cards are locked. The new promotion and rewards program is not use friendly which renders it pretty much useless.

App drawer is always expanded, can't see main GUI, also it crashes at start of I don't do "close session" first 2 times... In summary useless. I have to use the website on a PC which defeats the purpose of having a mobile app to check balance.
