Developed by Northern Westchester Hospital and Northwell Health, Meet & Move is a free, non-profit, public health initiative that will match you with nearby physical activities that meet your interests.

Meet & Move is connected with all of the local fitness activities, state parks, & town recreation departments that you love to bring you all-encompassing group activities.
By signing up as a free user, Meet & Move will:
• Provide you with a comprehensive list of group physical activities with descriptions, dates, times, locations, and links to event sites, all based on your preferences
• Filter activities based upon skill level to ensure the desired level of competency (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, or Any)
• Allow you to create your own events, invite other individual users, or open them to all Meet & Move members
• Share your favorite events with family and friends via Facebook, SMS, and Email
• Connect you to other users with similar interests
• Make you healthier and happier!
