No response from the company for 4 years. Had to pay £120 for the device to connect the app. App is clunky with no support. I pay extortionate energy prices to use these heaters, yet I never know if the flat will be warm or freezing when I get home, no matter what settings I've attempted in those 4 years. Awful experience, terrible heaters, and a clearly non caring company. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Had new storage heaters installed, turns out I had to shell out another £120 for the control unit so I could control from my phone. There's no Google Home or Amazon Alexa support at all. Tried to work out why my electricity bill was extortionate, went through the app and manual to see if I missed anything. Turns out the default setting for balancing element is set to 16 hours a day, and you can't change this in the app. Changed on heaters, and more than halved my bill. Unbelievable.

It does essentially what you need it to. It's much easier to set up your heating using this app than on the heaters. The app itself is a little clunky and the help is limited. It will tell you how to set it up and how to use the menu but there are lots of unlabelled temps shown. One's the temp of the room, one's the temp it's scheduled to and one's the temp it will heat to if you switch to manual, but which is which? You can access it on WiFi or 4G. Compared to Hive, it's got a little way to go.

Very clunky app. Geolocation doesn't work properly even with gps enabled so you cant offset the temp when you are away. You can only set heating period in intervals of hours - Not helpful when you are on an economy 7 tarrif that ends on the half hour. The heaters prefer to use electric outside of the economy 7 period on the full rate of electricity that is 3 times as much. There is a tarrif setting for on peak/ off peak but you can't tell it the cost so it won't know when. No DST auto setting

The hub that is needed is far too expensive (£140+) for what it is used for, bit of a con-trick really, could have been integrated into the heaters circuit board and used via a home network router, software is a nightmare to use!!

Not impressed. The app has recently been updated and since then there is no way to vary overnight charge input whilst away from the house. It's either 100% or 0%. I have to go and set it manually on the heater. What's the point? Please fix this.

It's annoying when the app signs me out, there's some delay/lag for the app, and the UI leaves more to be desired. But it works, and I think it's pretty cool to turn on my radiators remotely

This app is not intuitive and I don't like it, but have no other option, because I've spent thousands on the heaters ... app needs customer user journey design, in addition to software engineering.
