I've tried many apps like this. Been using this for years. Works flawlessly, never crashes, does what it says and has never caused a nightmare by deleting something important. User makes final decision as to what will be deleted.... duplicate, empty files, left over junk from deleted apps, etc. Buy the "Pro" add-on. For a change, this one is actually with the money!

This app has a great UI works so well. This is undoubtedly the best maintenance & cleaning app for your android phone in my experience of 10+ years. The App Cleaner is by far my favorite feature in the app. It scans your apps and then cleans up cache of all the apps in your phone in a single click which is particularly helpful for older phones running on Android 7, 8, 9, etc. It will help you clean your phones junk, duplicates, free some internal storage and give it a decent performance boost!!!

A bit tricky to set up, and there's also the fear of losing data that u may not want to lose, like some empty folders u may hv setup for other apps to use, like sharing photos and sending them to a designated folder. Without being aware of this, it's easy to lose such folders, which means u hv to go through the whole process again of resetting them. Hw, I contacted the developers who helped me out and reassured me that with a few simple measures, such losses can easily be avoided.

My venture into this app was scary, and filled with risk. Victory. I didn't lose any music, and I gained 4GB on my SD card, and 2GB on my internal memory. This app is safe for a novice to use, and the pro version is absolutely worth the extra money. Everything is explained as you go. It has choices to scan, and fix. I only wish that it had a master button to tap that would do everything all by itself.

Great app, does exactly what it says. I'd like to see two changes — combining this and the main app, and a rethinking of the app's navigation. Cluttering the app drawer with what is essentially an IAP doesn't make sense. The side drawer is very cluttered, and "back" never takes you where you'd think. Maybe removing the nav drawer entirely and moving to bottom tabs would be better.

So far amazing. Didn't find any root bloatware to disable but great at removing temp files, junk files, improving battery management, finding and removing any duplicate files of kind although quick to locate but very slow to remove, and very neat user interface that's simple to understand and use. I cannot comprehend how it's free without any advertising so far unless they appear later. Well done.. Thanks.

I've been using SD maid for years and years now. I can speak very highly of how well this app performs, and Darken is extraordinarily diligent! The app is always up to date, usage access is completely transparent, and the learning curve is quite simple for the average user (while offering many features for more in depth options). This dev is also both reliable and responsive. The full version is absolutely worth every penny, and has continued to be so, without fail.

I've been using SD Maid Pro for a few years and it works wonders, especially on rooted devices. The AppCleaner and Scheduler features definitely makes it worth the purchase. However, one thing I've noticed is that the feature to hide the app is missing on my device running Android 11, even though it was present on my device running Android 7. I'd appreciate if this feature was brought back in the Android 11 version. I liked the feature because it was simple but effective, and it was especially helpful on devices where I couldn't use a custom launcher that could hide the app manually. I currently give SD Maid Pro a four star rating, but I will change my rating to five stars if the app hiding feature ever gets fixed.
