It's a solid 4 star app for me, because I've discovered that some of the information within the app is, a bit outdated and needs an immediate update. It's also limited in personal customization and doesn't offer much in terms of a.i. creation or, selection. Would love to see the development team implement more creative tools/features. I mean, I purchased it at, a whopping $80; which I don't think is bad but, at this cost, you would think there would definitely be more cool features involved

I had to cancel my subscription TWICE!!! ONCE for the free trial and again AFTER, they charged me almost $80 for a months subscription! When I emailed them about it, they asked if I had canceled the subscription. I told them I had. I went back to check, but I was resubscribe. They had the nerve to tell me no refund would be given!!! This a SCAM!! DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!

I have experienced the same thing I click the free trial and it charged me $70. And I did email the support so they can't send that answer they sent below everybody else because I did send an email to that email address asking for a refund. I'm also mad at Google because they should scan people better that use their resources. I was told to go on one of these from my son and I guess I selected the wrong one. This is the one that Google suggested. That was the rest of my rent money.

Please I got a debit of 34,500 naira from this app after clicking on the free trial. I immediately requested for a refund from Google and I was granted one. It's been up to 10 business days but I still haven't recieved my refund. I was told to contact the developer if not refunded in the given time. I'll appreciate if I am gotten back to immediately on how to go about this.

Good app, been using it through out my studies till I finished my classes. Now I tried to cancel my subscription but it auto-renewed and charged my credit card, then I tried to contact the developer for refund policies but there was no email address for the developer. Can you guys fix these.

I clicked the free trial and it automatically charged me 55 pound without my permission... I am just a student and this money have a big impact on my cost of living. I requested for a refund and Google did not give it back to me. Please give the refund to me please 🥺🥺🥺🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 It costs me a lot of money 😭

I paid lifetime payment 2299.99EGP and you still taken 37 SAR monthly as if I subscribed for monthly version . And I can't Contact from the app setting (contact us)as it ask critically about recipient email and say not found .fix this if you respectively is considered and refund the last two month payment which are already paid at25-8-2024at20:06 at:Google Ask Me Anything by creditcard . I found your email in the comments below and sent you email to fix and refund the 2 months you took falsely

**** Warning! **** I do not recommend I can't find how to contact the app to cancel and was charged $75. Sent an email, after finding the support email. It was sent back as unable to deliver!
