Unusable. I've copied and pasted the login details directly from the password manager I use to log in to the website and the app tells me the credentials are invalid. They're clearly not since I can log in to the website. I'd love to conveniently use the app but apparently they don't make it easy to access. Update 10/26/23: This is still an issue with the app. Dev seems to not care whether the app works. Uninstalling

Not very useful. Doesn't actually give me access to much information. My account claims to be reimbursing my expenses through direct deposit, but I can't even tell where funds would be deposited. Supposedly they were deposited yesterday. The live chat support is just a bot. Bare minimum investment went into this app. 1 star.
A Google user
Their app is awful. If you misspell your password twice, you will get locked out of your account. By locked out I mean you have to call their customer service to unlock it. I have multiple credit cards and banking apps , I never had to deal with any insane security features like this before. Did I mention that customer service is only available during the week. So if get you get locked out, your out of luck until Monday. Then you will spend forever on hold just so a person on the other end of the line can click a button. It's mind boggling. This has happen to me several times. It is infuriating. I've been so frustrated with a company in my life.

The app does not work. It closes every time I sign in. Completely unusable. I was hoping there would have been an update to fix this but no luck. I have tried reinstalling, did not help.

Very difficult to use and log in. Keeps Randomly closing on me. Further the online web version doesn't let me log in with the same credentials. Horrible app. Barely functions.

App Crashing I have been trying to add an expense and the app keeps crashing... Has been happening for the past week. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app... Nothing is working. (Android user)

Edit: App hasn't worked for half of 2022. It finally let me submit a claim at the end of Nov. I have no ability to submit parking claims except on a PDF form via email and can't see those funds in my dashboard. You get locked out of your account after only two failed log in attempts even though the app requires your fingerprint. You can hope your account unlocks after several hours or wait to call during business hours to reset your account. You can't reset your password on a weekend or online.

App does the job for searching claims and even submitting claims. One thing they need to change is to allow other formats for receipts. We can only upload pics but we should be able to upload PDFs too. Also, app doesn't show upfront out of pocket to meet before HRA reimburses. This is available on website.
