MyChart in a word, is AWESOME! It has evolved and changed over the last 8 or so years I've used it. I love being able to fill out any required forms for appointments online and in advance. I also love being able to request Rx refills online. But perhaps the best thing about MyChart is the access to my docs to ask medical questions. It has become more intuitive to use over time and the features are robust and complete. If you're a patient in the Bronson system, it's a must to use! 5 stars!

What a BLESSING this app is! ((Just not having to call & be put on HOLD by 2 or 3 people when your trying to get a simple medication refill and then they get it wrong! )) Being able to check prescriptions, medication & doctor messages...on the fly, saves so much time. Also being able to request refills OR check to see if there ready for pickup right from the convenience of your phone is awesomeness!

Biometrics has an intermittent problem. Half the time an error pops up stating an issue exists and to login by a different method. At which time I have to lookup my password. I used biometrics to stop that. Sad you can't fix this issue. This app would be a great asset except for this programming problem. Update: The biometrics issue is getting worse. The pin option only works once or twice. Very poor app.

This a top notch medical chart app. I get so frustrated when I have gone to doctors and hospitals that don't use a patient portal at all or if theirs is not as easy to use as this one. I guess I have gotten spoiled with how easy and intuitive this one is and how simple it is to get a response from a provider and to see test results right away and visit summaries, etc. I can link other health systems I have been to if they participate. I wish they all did. I love the new update!

A) Works as expected B) frustrating! Cons: 1) it'd be nice to know immediately what is new information. 2) can't mass-delete messages such as appointment reminders. 3) CAN'T PRINT LETTERS! I'D RATHER HAVE USPS. Have to hand-write information from letters for reference. Also they're not easy to locate it know that you've received new ones. 4) CAN'T PRINT INFORMATION, so if you're trying to review, you're always going from one screen back to another or trying to piece together screenshots.

This app is perfect! It gives me all my information and lets me communicate with my doctor and nurse. I can even schedule appointments, including video visits. I can track my blood pressure and blood sugar and my doctor stays informed without me having to lift a finger. This app also checks you in when you arrive at your appointment, before you get out of your car in the parking lot, they know that you are already there for your appointment!

I love MyChart. It is easy to use. It works the way it's supposed to. It is very sufficient. I send messages with medical information and updates on my progress. I can ask for medication refills. I can schedule appointments. I can view test results. I can get feedback on my medical issues and questions. I can set up video visit. Very useful. I encourage all my friends to use it.

Navigation is good, but could be better. I've spent half an hour trying (unsuccessfully) to find information on a referral that popped up this morning, but has since gone into hiding. I would expect it, like my next Covid booster, to show up in some "future action" category.
