Evernort lags behind competitors like Castlight in terms of integration. Castlight incorporates care and plan information within its app, eliminating the need to navigate to separate provider sites. Evernorth could significantly improve user experience by offering this functionality. Additionally, a bug has prevented me (and many others, based on past reviews) from connecting to Google Fit after getting a new phone. This issue has persisted for over six months according to other reviews. FIX IT

A knockoff version of castlight. Earning rewards is harder and takes far longer plus it struggles to automatically track steps and other activities so you have to manually log them and lose out on points if you dont do it consistently. The rewards redemption also struggles to complete in a timely manner so that you can receive gift cards for the points you earn. A poor health app all in all.

Horrible! I feel like nothing works on it. I can only manually track steps and sleep, which doesn't give me full points. I got tired of trying to get it to communicate with MyFitness Pal, so I downloaded Google fit. Now I can't get past "Connect to Google Fit" screen. I see I am not the only one with this problem. Really frustrating, I miss castlight!

Does not work on Galaxy Fold 3. As soon as I launch the app, it immediately goes to a landing page where it asks if I want to link it with Google Fit. Unfortunately, when I push the button, nothing happens. And I can't do anything - no way to pull up settings or anything like that. Please fix this bug!!! Thanks

I got it fixed but now they are actually giving us rewards, as promised by the previous one that I dealt with. Not by the sole or one person that I would be under, not sure if I also get the 300$ reward. I know I do get 110 unless its based on levels that encourage or I saw it too late and is too late for the rest.

I can never log in to this app for some odd reason. I already registered once but can never log in and am always stuck on a loading screen after attempting to register/log in. Fix this ASAP!!!

It is stuck on the connect to Google fit screen and even when I try to do it, the screen does not move and I can't bypass this screen and actually log in. I've un-installed several times. Tried to check my Google fit settings, with no avail. I have to use this app for my job and it's useless. Just dead space taken up on my phone. Don't even know how to reach support

App needs some optimization for sure. I like how everything's in one place but it feels hectic an disorganized. Couldn't sync my step tracking an what not from S Health so I tried google fit. Couldn't sync anything. Tried chatting with customer service, following the help articles talked on the phone with someone they never could get it to work so I just uninstalled it an reinstalled it an it poped right up when I logged in an asked to connect Google fit. Hope that helps some of you!
