Worst booking service ever, never seen this kind of service by any airlines I've cancelled the flight which was fluxi, haven got any refund when i contact the representative, they told to take the voucher instead of money i never wanted to travel, this voucher is not useful for me

Horrible customer service and online system, I have booked the ticket and extra luggage after that I have changed the flight date their system does not update my luggage and then I have tried to call their customer service but no one answered after a while when music stop seems like someone put the phone on the table

It's the worst app ever. The nationality was registered wrong, and there is no way to correct it through the app. The call center knows nothing about fixing this issue. The inquiries/complaints form has an error, so one can not submit complaints or requests. These are just a few of many other crazy issues in this app.

Just downloaded your App.It is impossible to get a single fare to any destination from kul or even from Bkk. I tried kul to Munich. To Malala, to Alex also tried various destinations but to no avail. Are you up and running or still in the making?even the feed back form seems to dispute my email address. Reading couple of feed back here ,I am alarmed by this dubious co who cancel flights through email notification without offering alternative or give back full refund. Any response here?

I have booked for Flight OV 104 for an emergency situation at destination. Check in is completed and waiting at Gate. But the flight is delayed and there is no information about the departure. Even called customer care and they put me on hold. Pathetic service...

Good app, but keeps asking to log in... and does not log in no matter what. Imagine if you want to access your ticket quickly and you can't because the app does not log in no matter what!

Not good. The App. Is misleading in a tricky w at all, & lacks transparency & Professionalism. I'm really sorry to say that your app. is not trustful. For example ;on 11th December 2021 I booked through the app. 2 seats (1A+1B) on my flight from MCT to SLL at 19:30 PM, & I PAID AN ADITIONAL 18 Rials for seats reservation, but. But at MCT airport desk I was given seats (2A+2B) on a strange basis that seats 1A+1B are so called LUBAN CLASS. !!!! In short I paid 18 Rials for nothing. !!!

I bought a ticket with SalsmAir 3 weeks in advance and at the boarding desk, I was told you can't fly due to new regulations, which was not true!!! But why I wasn't informed earlier before buying the ticket. Moreover, I can't be refunded. I was treated with so much humiliation, and the very bad manner and bad attitude of the SalamAir airport manager in Muscat is unacceptable. Customer care dont even care and keep on finding excuses to push you away. I highly recommend avoiding it always.
