Update: two years later...tried this app again and it was worse than before. Super scammy subscription trap. Designed to be good for the therapists and terrible for the customer. I book with one therapist and then soothe switches me out for someone else at the last minute and says I can't change or cancel without charge. It's really expensive and awful, and they trap you into staying on because you can't use the massages you've already paid for if you stop the auto billing. Don't install!!

Not understanding the new surge pricing. I went to book a provider with the two hour lead time but was shown it would eb an additional $81. But, if I don't book them, since it is at the deadline the provider gets nothing. If I try many times over the course of several hours, there is still a surge. Canceling my subscription. There are way more masseuses who need work and won't be denied because of an expensive app.

Updating my rating from 1 to 4 stars. The glitches I was having with duplicated tips seems to have been fixed. App is still a bit glitchy - ex. Saying today is Sunday may 22nd in the message thread with my provider (it is Monday), and I don't always get super timely notifications of messages received through the app, which can be an issue if a provider is trying to contact me.

Horrible service. Extremely expensive. The App clearly doesn't work well. I updated my profile completely. Scheduled an appointment and apparently the therapist "couldn't get in touch with me" even though the office was somehow able to text my number fine. The kicker, customer service puts you on hold for all time and charges you $100 no show fee. They also text to ask me if I had a table and sheets when I CLEARLY requested the therapist bring them. Don't waste your money.

Love the convenience of this service, no matter the city they are in. Very professional, safe, legit, and will come to your home, hotel, wherever! To-date, I have not had one masseur/masseuse I didn't like. The service uses only licensed/certified personnel and it shows! I use them in Boston and DC primarily, but am open to their service anywhere they may provide it! Thank you for being in existence!

The old app used to allow me to track the status of the request from the point when a professional was requested, confirmed, and on the way. The new app doesn't show the status unless I edit the appointment. Also, when the appointment was finished, there wasn't a way to tip on the app. I called customer service and got a tip added. The customer service agent said that the system was still showing that the appointment was active even though the professional had closed it.

Only app where "Contact us" directs you to a living person... who actually comes your issue. Easy to use and intuitive. Improve scrolling when selecting the date and time. Have option to block therapists, even on a temporary basis. Currently a therapist may get automatically rebooked. Have had mostly GREAT therapists. New comment: why did the prices nearly double?

**updated. Had a service scheduled that was canceled last second. Then proceeded to have to spend over 2 hours to try to get another one with a less than preferred provider. Received a credit toward my next appointment, and then the provider no showed and I spent another 90 mins to even find out what happened. Happily canceled my membership. You can find better service anywhere else. I hope no one ever has to deal with their customer service
