It used to work great. Now it just stops and I can't make payments because, instead of redirecting me to the payment page, it just stops and I have to log in again and then it stops again...Neverending loop of getting nothing done. 🙄 Seems like they made an update that messed it up. I've tried uninstalling it multiple times - nothing.

This app hasn't been updated for more than 3 years now. This app is very important for several key features, tied to the card holder, of course. They really need to update the app as soon as possible. It has bugs and it's not working properly, nor is it optimized for newer OS/technology.

Poorly written App. It is impossible to register as new member. The CTA button is overwritten by the instructions. Even the write us a message CTA button beyond the page limits. As of now, in my opinion, this is a useless APP. Triple-S should stop promoting it as a solution to its subscribers.

Have been trying for days now to go to my account and see my coverage, but everytime I try I get acced denied. I have changed password and have had to call to 1, confirm that my plan is active, 2, get a copy of my card and lastly, 3 get a coverage letter, all things I can with ease in the app. Please fix this.

This app is unbelievably slow, buggy and constantly crashes, and makes it difficult to work with. I've opened this app over 8 times and 8 times it crashed.

Very very slow. Its evident it lacks an appropriate infrastructure to handle even the most simple data request. What a waste of time for its users!

It's awful. I'm trying to make an account and won't let me. Where it says to put the contract number even though I'm putting the correct one it says is wrong 🤦🏻‍♀️. I tried so many times and days even call and it won't work. Suks!
