• Fixed an issue, in questionnaires, where at buttons at the bottom of the screen could be partially cut off or hard to get to. You can now submit a questionnaire with ease.

Vela app was faster and had less trouble logging in. The white loading screen is still too slow. Also if you're already in the app, and click your home button to switch to another window real quick, when you come back to Careforth app it loads forever. This also happens if you accidently hit your back button on your phone instead of the arrow in the app, it takes forever to load. Hope the app loading time speeds up.

I just want to let everyone know who uses the Careforth app for work like i do, if you have any problems, if it just shows a blank screen or whatever, there is an easy/quick way to fix it. When i have problems with the app, I just uninstall and reinstall it, and it usually works after that. I just had to do that a moment ago. But instead of calling them about it, it's easier just to uninstall and reinstall the app again, that way it saves a lot of time, and fixes the problem fast.

All contact with the staff have been courteous, respectful and comedic. I've enjoyed it. M'chelle my careforth app and daily entry won't work. Tried off and on. No luck.

Its been 3 days I haven't even been able to get in bc of this new update April 30 2024 and I go through the same problem people were going through 4 years ago and I can't just redownload and install it doesn't work it just sits on a white screen Also I just updated the app and it made it this way not once have it done this

This app is so much better and easier to use. Now I would love to see a dark mode if possible :) also I have gotten the white screen but if you clear the cache of the app it starts working again

Was OK. I just seemed to get links & articles to read. We opted to go to a more televisit help for what we needed. I can find all the articles I want to read online but, just find it difficult to fit reading into how full my days are. Our Nurse Case Manager through the insurance company itself and in home Hospice and Visiting Nurses are offering a more in-person experience that we need right now. The case managers were very friendly but, it's just not for everyone.
