It's been 2 weeks I've been using it and it just decided log out while I was exercising and once, you've paused it and continue later on it does not remove the continue button. It is a good app but those minor errors need to be fixed

This is the best workout app that I have tried. It comes with everything! It gives you options for workouts based on your level, it sets reminders, it counts your calories, it gives you meal plans, it gives you progress reports, and more. The workouts I have done have been challenging, which is a key factor for me. Overall I think this is a wonderful app and I recommend it.

I really like this app. Ive download many exercise apps for beginners and this is by far my favorite. I like that it has both total body weight loss for beginners in 28 days and abs in 28 days. Plus it contains other exercises for beginners, intermediate and advanced users for arms, legs, abs, and butt. Overall i really do like this app. My only suggestion would be for the app to allow us to create custom exercises programs based on the different exercises available.

The app's going great so far. It provides good workouts for every part of the body and even allows you to customize your workout and your meal plans, whether you're vegetarian or not, all for free. All in all a very convenient app for someone who wants to have all their workout stuff in one place but can't afford the online monthly payments other apps demand for the same opportunity.

I don't usually rate apps but this one is amazing. It's free of cost, a good workout session and it has different sections for each workout. Losing fat according to your information is one section. Gaining abs is another section, abs for beginner is a separate section, abs for mediorcer is another section, abs for pro is another section. Arms and legs are 2 different sections. It's a really great app which helps us keep a diet and also shows how many calories each food contains

I love this app. Perfect and to point. On 28 day Full Body challenge [ day 3 ] and felt in on first day. Make sure you click the auto button at bottom of workouts so that it automatically goes into next one in que or that exercise will be continuous. Like fact that you can omit/ edit workouts

This app is really good because it has a schedule. You do not just do any excerise that comes to you mind. I am really enjoying it and its home made does not need any equipment. This is my second week and i'm aiming higher and hoping for the best results with it.
