Mobiilien terveydenhuollon BPJS -sovellusten kehittäminen on konkreettinen osoitus BPJS Healthin sitoutumisesta tarjoamaan helppoa pääsyä ja optimaalista palvelua osallistujille. BPJS Kesehatan melakukan penyesuaian fitur REHAB (Rencana Pembayaran Bertahap). Terdapat penambahan Fitur Simulasi setelah dilakukan proses pemilihan data potensi. Setelah proses pemilihan potensi diharapkan peserta dapat memahami besaran pembayaran iuran setiap bulannya sampai dengan masa cicilan berakhir. Pastikan aplikasi Mobile JKN Anda telah diperbarui ke versi terbaru!

If only I could rate this app below zero! It's incredibly frustrating right from the start. The page keeps loading, even just to log in. After waiting for an extremely long time, the CAPTCHA finally appears, but then the page reloads again, only to inform me that the request cannot be completed!

please fix this app. I can't login to my account. I have tried a million times but it always shows a message 'something went wrong'. There is no wrong data that I entered, what is wrong is this app, it is not user friendly, useless app. Hope you can fix this app ASAP. We really need this app!!!

I'm frustrated, this app is not helping as first time user. I'm trying to apply the registration for teeth examination and its always full. By the time i register at the day before, the schedule said its still available BUT when i click register, its said "the quota is already FULL" when the sign of registration is still OPEN. I don't understand this, how much time do we have to wait until we get treated properly, when its not updated?! Please fix this!

very unhelpful and inefficient. It says you can't use the online queue feature until you verify your account. I'm following all the steps to verify the account. after several attempts, I haven't received the verification OTP code. the phone number is correct and it's a prepaid number btw

the application gives wrong warnings on certain phones, such as my phone is still locked, detected as an emulator and a rooted phone.. I will see the next development of the application, for the time being I can't use it.

I want to get number of que but I need to make sure that my name is on the line. I registered on my name but the app put others name. It's been a while since I've used bpjs, but it more complicated. I need to get result from the optic first before I could apply for an eye examination. Just put it simple I need to go to optic but don't bother to clinic. Why you making everything more complicated?

The app worked very well until 2021. It's been 2 years but still no improvement. I changed to a new phone so I need to re-login. The captcha doesn't work, just loading. It's not that complicated to make this kind of app. Please, government, invest more in this app development. We've been talking about digitalization but in reality most of digital services of the government doesn't work well. :(
