App will not allow my number to be changed from my stolen phone to my new phone and times out when I try to make a new account. Customer service closed the chat without helping at all while I was typing a response. As well as there's functions on the app that have been discontinued but are still there to tap on and go through until the end where it then says must go to store.. well I can't just go to a store on a whim. Get some employees that do the work worst provider in history. Do not use!

I have had no issues with Lucky Mobile. I bought the Sim card at a local convenience store and got Pre-paid cards there as well. I used my house's wifi on my phone and went through the easy to follow steps to activate my phone on Lucky's network. It only took me 10 mins from start to finish. I had looked into other cell phone providers and realized that Lucky's plans were typically $5 cheaper than most other carriers and they offered the exact same services and options. Do not regret my decision

Back where I belong. It's a good feeling knowing they still have my back after all these seasons In used watching you guys play.You know who you are. Now what about that "moto g play" phone.I severely need an upgrade... I'm using a Samsung S5 @ the moment that I bought off A buddy for $25.oh come on it was a good deal and I was helping out a buddy in the process. ( myself included.... lol!!!)

Don't service pass add ons. You would think buys a service pass to add data would allow to use the data network at full speed, but nope they do not. At least my experience with them. They seem to run slower then normal. I bought a 3 gb Data service pass for 15 bucks and I'm getting any faster service then if I had run out of data. It is scam and money grab lucky mobile

App is fine but system and customer service is useless. They respond to say how customer service is paramount below my review but after more than a year and several contacts with them with one pending today they still have not honored the 12 month bonus for auto top up and several years of loyalty. After several tries over the last year and having to push for a manager to listen to reason I was finally able to get them to honor their rewards program as stated.

By far, the best, most affordable "Pay as you go" cellular network provider around. Lucky mobile allows you to control your plan, and at the snap of a finger, change your plan to suit your financial position. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time, and they offer amazing amounts of data for very little. what they offer, and when you look at it, it's like they are paying me to be a customer... a very pleased, and supportive/ed customer. If you are not a lucky mobile customer, you should be!

Continuously suspending my account even though I have updated the credit card (months ago) and have automatic top up enabled. They literally stole my money. Locked me out of my account and refused to give the money that was sitting in the account not applied to a plan.

Nothing but issues with the service provider. Can't use your free credit when you have no more data and when you buy the service pass, for example, like the 15 dollar service pass for 3gb of data it's only for one day which is ridiculous. One representative assured me that it would be every day until my anniversary date, and the other lady is saying no, it's not true, only for one day you get it and I use my data for work as I have no wifi. Stupid company man
