Can't be used to play online games because the network keep connecting and can't login, even if can, the stupidly high ping make it unplayable. Trying to watch YouTube but keep loading for forever. Open Facebook and X? Disconnected and it say I'm Offline. By far this is THE WORST AND WILL ONLY GETTING WORSE, make me wonder how they can do that. The only reason I keep using this, because the number has unlimited lifetime, if only the service good too, if only.

Inconsistent to open the app properly. Stated to only need SIM network, but can't operate. Even with stable network, it's consistent to stuck at the start up. Been silent for years and I think someone need to address this. I think you need to wake up and snap back to reality.

The payment status is stuck on pending, I paid throught my bank's virtual account, and the balance has already been reducted from my account. Yet the status is still pending forever, I tried to contact costumer service, but it really doesn't help at all. They're just telling me to wait and wait, it's not helping.

Too good for big app. Too many feature until make it more harder to open every update. Always stuck on banner and complain about connection, even though already used this provider connection. If additional feature cannot be removed, please made alternative app with lite version. Only need the app to working easily on basic funcion.

Bad costumer service, bad signal, the costumer service didnt fix my problem before and just finish the ticket while my problem is not fixed yet, and now there is more problem that i can log in to my account and just stuck at the loading page, CAN Y'ALL FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY? Hey so yeah it's been years since I use this provider but they didn't even improve at anything at all, bad customer service, signal, and now bad app. I can't pay via ovo e-wallet, this provider sucks

Annoying "cannot load page". Update : the customer service is bad, only bot response, and the human response is only give "restart and wait" solution, nothing else. The network sometimes bad and the CS responding with the same template responses. And the price is quite expensive.

Heavy applications for smartphone with 6 RAM can force close.the network speed is unclear, sometimes good, sometimes very bad, where the dial code service sometimes doesn't work This forces me to have another provider card so that when by u service is bad I can still communicate with the internet

It is actually a decent application. But, there are some problems that concern me. 1. The internet is superrrr slow at night time (7 pm and above). 2. The notification is too loud. Simple tune or just simple "DING!" is better. 3. User Experience still can be improved. Like when we wnat to change the address to be more specific aftet we choose payment method (but haven't paid yet). I cannot do that.
