keeps telling me my subscription is expired but it's paid up for two months. will not send my check in. crashes all the time. sometimes there isn't even a button to press. I have uninstalled and reinstalled so many times I have lost count. if I could leave zero stars I would. how is it even legal for the court to allow/require this app to be used let alone make people pay for it when it doesn't work 95% of the time and may cause me to get my bond revoked?????

This app is going 2 give me a nervous breakdown! 9 out of 10 times it gives me an expired message when I am not expired! or it will make me take my picture 5x's before it will except it or it will kick me out & make me log back n & then tell me my credentials are wrong when they are not. I know this because I keep trying with the same credentials & then 30 minutes after my curfew viola they seem 2 b the right credentials! This time finally after uninstalling it & reinstalling it worked!

It's preventing me from checking in, even after restarting my phone. Uninstalling the app, even deleting other apps like Netflix to see if it's a storage problem. Not understanding. Application says it's updated. Still not working after multiple resets of phone and app.

App turns on and off try to check in and won't allow me to in 2 days tried uninstalling and installing it and problems persist...times never are steady always something different

I've had this app for a week, have not received a single notification on it, and now it won't open. I have tried clearing the cache, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and restarting the phone. Nothing is working. I have paid a lot less then $20 a month for a lot less garbage products.

This app is bad I've tried to pay for my subscription but it won't take it or something also it kicks me out or when I so get on I try taking a picture and it won't take it so here I go taking 3-8 pictures hoping it would go through and also I have checked in finding out the next day it never went through to whoever receives it now it's been a week since I called and left a message telling them that I need to talk to them and I've called them but no response back from support.

I've had nothing but trouble from this app. From App locking up to not getting notifications. I've reinstall the app 6 times. I've called customer service 8-9 times I've only had this app 2-3 weeks. And this isn't good due to being late or missing check in could cause you the get in big trouble

I was constantly getting kicked off the app and having to uninstall and reinstall the CheckUps app on a regular inconvenient basis! Risking my biweekly contact with my PR Bond Rep, making me look like I wasn't abiding by the rules, regulations & expectations. Talk about mini heart attacks & jeopardizing my freedom! Very disappointed resulting in almost failing the program & facing incarceration!
