Keeps crashing in the middle of surveys. I couldn't complete any survey in the last 10 +days. I wasted my time. I already contacted their support team 2 or 3 times over various issues. Also, some surveys used very low resolution images, which was either difficult to see, or would not fit well on the survey page, so it doesn't look like they have any UX team to resolve issues like this. This latest build is very buggy, but it doesn't look like they are planning to resolve that.

Some surveys require you to turn your phone landscape and the app will NOT register if you do this. My phone isn't old and the app is up to date, WHY are the developers letting people start surveys they can't finish because your app can't or won't register me turning my phone landscape? You have to exit the survey midway through and lose out on the points. Disappointing. Update: sent 2 separate support tickets for 2 issues and got the literal exact same canned response for both issues. -1 star

I wouldn't bother. I've used Ipsos for years and it used to be good - the questionnaires used to be targeted and interesting and used to reward time spent with points. Ive tried the app again recently and it's still rubbish. The questionnaires offered bear no resemblance to what you end up "selected" for and every single one has so many pre selection questions that you can spend what feels like ages answering questions with no rewards! It's a pale imitation of what it used to be.

So far I have tried completing approx 6 surveys (excluding the profile surveys) I have ensured to use the in-app buttons and not my phone/browser buttons to navigate the screens and it has kicked me out every single one so I have not got any credit for what I have completed, even after downloading some userlytics app for one! Seems a bit of a joke n not worth the hassle as you do 70% - 80% of the questions then get nothing to show for it :( I bet they still get the 70% of my answers though.....

They say new surveys launch daily. I've been waiting for almost a week and nothing. On the website, I can only sign in using my phone number and password. When I install the app and try to log in on the app, it is not giving me the option to input my phone number and instead wants an email address. So that means if I use the website and the app that I need to have two separate accounts. Absolute horseshit.

Absolutely pointless! All set up nicely at first, getting a couple of good surveys and good points, then it all went downhill, telling me I had surveys to do, which then said I had completed them, which I had not. It kicked me off, not giving me any points. Other surveys I did manage to complete only gave minimal points. It only gives you one survey a day!!! It's totally useless, not worth wasting your time.

I've been doing Ipsos surveys off and on for sometime. For some reason they've frozen my account, haven't responded to my email questioning why, and won't let me access my reward points that I have available. It's pretty annoying and at one point I would have gave them a 4 star because they use to be great with their surveys and responses back. But somethings changed and I don't like it all.

I thought survey sites offered things too good to be true, like enough money for a second income. Ipsos iSay made me curious because it didn't make those types of claims. I tried it and have been using Ipsos iSay for over a year now! The surveys are interesting and not long or drawn out. The point systems are fair and have real, usable rewards you can exchange for. I've redeemed for four $25 Amazon and two $25 Visa virtual gift cards so far. I recommend checking them out, it's worth the time.
