MYLAB antaa lääkäreille mahdollisuuden:

• varata aika potilaalle verikokeeseen
• pääset turvallisesti käsiksi potilaiden uusimpiin tuloksiin häiriintyneiden tai lukemattomien tulosten automaattisen korostuksen avulla

• luoda vertailevia kuvaajia valitusta tunnetusta tekniikasta sekä kumulatiivisia taulukoita

Login won't work, no matter how hard I try. Thank you for the tip to use a PC instead! Damn, almost 2025 and some companies still can't setup a proper login in an app. wow! I salute you. Not!

The worst service of all times! You receive an SMS informing that your results are ready. You are forced to install their app to sign in with the given token, which gives an "API error" on the app. Then you login with your old password but the results are not there! It's Friday night, then a phone call to solve this only next Monday! Why wouldn't they just send the results via that same SMS and all the trouble wouldn't be?

Awful and unneeded app. Just logged via my pc and downloaded the pdf file. This app wouldn't even let me login with the details they sent me. Just creating apps for every single nonsense you come up with.

The app works fine on devices with Android below 12. However it crashes at opening with Android 12. Email box of the developer is full (!) so I need to report this here hoping it will be fixed soon.

Forcing the people who paid for a pcr test to travel, to access the results only through an app that has obvious technical issues and does not work and then not answering their desperate calls for help and still keeping the results hidden behind this app is horrible custommer support

Do not download this superfluous app, just get your results from their webpage (mylab.bionext.lu). @Bionext add the link to the weblogin to the emails instead only linking to this app.
