Received great free offer to trial this app for a year so thought I'd give it a go. So far having an issue connecting my shokz earphones so cannot do the running workouts. Tried one fitness one,I liked it only complaint exercises slightly repetitive. Looks like a wide variety of exercises looking forward to trying the yoga and more core work.

Got a free trial from McDonald's... Pretty terrible graphics on the app. There's photos of "coaches" but it's just audio recordings while a poorly animated generic human demonstrates an exercise. Couldn't keep going past 3 minutes. I'll go back to another app that has real humans in it.

good app, but the new layout is pretty bad. you can't skip some of the intros anymore with 1 click, you have to skip forward 10 seconds multiple times now. I also prefer the 3d models as some of the exercises in my workout have changed when they added the real coaches

Such a brilliant app. There are so many workouts to choose from that you never get bored. The way that the instructors break down each exercise to make sure that you are getting the full benefit of the exercise is brilliant. Absolutely my favourite app!

Used to be good untill they took away the 5 minuite option and now only a 10 minuite option. The daily sessions now are often the same excersises repeated twice to make it longer. I used to do 5 mins as a base then do extra on days not working. I chatted on their Facebook who said my feedback would be passed on but who knows. I left public comments. The claim this app is for everyone is untrue. It is designed for people who have the time and fitness for 10 minuites daily or loose your streak.

love it! as a beginner, I'm finding this app very motivational and easy to stay consistent. days where I feel I can't do as much I do meditation and breath work and feel really good afterwards. 10/10

it's so easy to use and I love being told what to do for my workout, instead of having to plan it myself. I pick what I'm feeling like, upper, lower, weight loss and the app does the rest. it's been great so far with no glitches

love that you can choose different workouts depending on how you feel each day. I find this stops the feeling of a hard routine that you don't want to face and makes it easier to keep coming back every day
