- Screen sharing is supported, including the sharing of third-party apps
- Works on certain devices that won't support webRTC via the browser
The browser-based version can be found at https://vdo.ninja however, which supports group chat rooms, video recording, digital video effects, closed-captions, and much more more.

so this app worked perfectly fine until the last update and now i can't turn off my phone screen or switch from the app without the microphone stopping, and i don't know why that is, i'm looking through my settings for some battery saving option, allow in background option, i can't find anything . but thank you so much for this app it's a grace

Pretty cool when it comes to its usage as a webcam BUT when I'm streaming with the camera AND the mic on, the mic doesn't work at all. I sound like a freaking robot. other than that it's pretty good option

no ads. better than iriun and droidcam. It's so easy. and it's surprisingly fast. Choose the access you want to give the daemon and you can use the browser link to view your camera anywhere. Dangerous app, but powerful and I'm stoked. This is going to launch my streaming career, i love it. Definitely the app is better than trying to use the website but the site is great for exploring

GO FOR 30 🤩 #BETABABE I have been fumbling with streaming for 10 years and the way technology has failed me yet kept me motivated to do more is invaluable. I am beyond amazed and excited to test out anything Steve comes out with. How to limit OBS crashes is my biggest problem. Laggy videos just to go live vs hours of editing footage for smooth streaming🫡😮💨 setting up 3 computers is a headache OMG

I'd have to use it more to figure out any kinks or anything, but it's totally workable! I've used Droid am for a while, but I could see myself switching to this app entirely if cabling became a problem for me. Seems pretty robust, all in all, so I can say it's an alright app!

It seems easy to set up but there is very little information about what"publishing to vdo.ninja" even means, whether your video streams are private, might be logged, whether everything might be tracked and published somewhere by others if you dont put a password on them whether vdo.ninja admins can access passworded streams or monitor them. I went with a different screen/camera sharing solution that was clear about these details and its protocols.

Works great, prefer the app option to run with phone screen closed as phone runs cooler, only downside is I can't seem to choose which lens is used like the web version unless I am missing something so unable to get the 0.7x zoom which would be great

If you really want true ultra low latency in your live stream, then this is the app for you. I just wish action cam manufacturer would give the option of a full preview screen without any icons/buttons. Just share your screen using vdo.ninja instead of messing around with the outdated latency protocol called RTMP.
