The old version kept you logged in and didn't require 4 tick boxes indicating the same permissions before processing a claim. If the purpose of the latest update is to raise clients blood pressure with having to log in every time and to make the claims process so annoying people don't bother using it. Congratulations to the development team. A job well done. You broke a perfectly good app for no positive benefit.

Latest update is just terrible, requires login every time. Requires a ridiculously long 14 digit pin. Sometimes you go to claim and it requires an update. Used to find the app very helpful, but is now just too hard to use. Please allow it to stay logged in and lessen the number of digits required in password..14 is ridiculous.

Rubbish. Even when I've got the latest version it's telling me I need to update the app, even when I came to Google Play to check and via their website. Showing the wrong information on what premiums I pay (outdated info). The app has never been spectacular but it served; now it's just a mess to use. For someone like me who prefers to do everything online and talk to nobody, it's effectively useless. I've been a member for 10+ years and honestly I expect better.

I used the old app for years - was fantastic. it stopped working last year so I tried uninstalling and got this new version. this one won't even load properly - it freezes on the first page. Hopeless! Please sort it out HIF, as I live rural and it used to be very convenient to lodge my claims via the app!! Thanks!!

The original H HIF Smartclaim app hasn't been working for some weeks (after always being reliable) so I thought to uninstall and reinstall. The Smartclaim app has disappeared from Play store. This app I can't log into as it repeatedly says it can't connect to the server. Struggling to find an easy way to make claims.

I do not normally leave reviews, however I am disappointed with the updateds HIF app. I like the previous verson better because you could give your claim a reference instead of getting the random one from HIF. It also appears that if you have multiple people on the same invoice you can only selection one person.

Doesn't work. An error pops up when trying to upload a claim photo: upload error, try again later. It never does work. Pointless app, and no sign of feedback either. The app is as good as their service: dreadful.

Useless app that doesn't let me change my address. It tells me to save before I leave, but the only button on the screen is to cancel changes. I can't make a claim with the app because it freezes every time
