Punched in my login info, did the security check, (glad I'm not dyslexic or that'd be a trip,) it tells me "login successfull! Redirecting!" And then a popup appears that says "login failed" and it just leaves me on the login successfull page with nothing else. Thanks VA. Really par for the course. Plus they're getting rid of the one login feature that wasn't a huge pain, goodbye myhealthevet login, you worked and the VA absolutely can't have something that works.

god is this app a pain. idk why I though the military computer system would get better after active duty. "Put in your 4 digit code" I put in the same code I've used since middle school. that code is wrong we're sending you to the VA website. Click log in sends you to IDme, "log in successfully" cycles you back to original login page in a never ending vicious cycle.

I have never once been able to fully log into this app. I get to the log in successful then a popup comes up saying there was an error and to try again later. What's the point of this app if I can't use it?

App worked great (today). I'm guessing there was an update. Allowed me to just enter pin after loading. I was able to speak (chat) with the right department, almost immediately. The chat agent was both personable and knowledgeable. Having social anxiety, this app worked great for me. My only suggestion, is that there is a website based version, for those of us that type better on a keyboard than a phone.

I think the idea for this app is great, but given that it is from the VA, there are many shortcomings. I echo many of the reviews that state the problem of installing and logging in to the app. I experienced the circle of death after specifying my PIN, but after rebooting my phone, I was able to successfully login. After that, the app had me in the wrong region with no way of making a correction. It would also be nice if the app used biometrics to login.

This is the exact app Veterans need right now. Unfortunately--as is the case with almost all VA apps and websites--logging in is an hours-long struggle. For this app, you can't even get to the logins for some of the sign in options (like DS login). When you choose the right option to get to sign in (I had to use the Login.gov option), you still don't get all the way signed in beyond setting a pin. I always get only as far as entering the pin before perpetual "loading" that never goes anywhere.

it's great to have an app to reach a scheduler instead of going through the voice prompt system. every time I hear the bit about the veterans crisis line I wanna kill mystlf

Demanded to use my camera and then after I set a permissions it still won't work. I'm pretty sure they didn't test this on Android.
