bring back bar code! Ever since they started using a generated QR code, about 3/4 of the time it will not work for check in. Desk clerk must check me by pushing button on scanner. When it was a simple bar code it seemed to work fine. Not sure why they changed it.

I asked them to cancel my membership after finding out they falsely advertised they had tanning facilitys and that a as that, a few months later I received a bill from a collection agency stating I owed 2007.00$!!! I never received emails or messages in relation to this, my credit score took an outrageous hit and now I have to fight to get it back to. Stay away!!!

Bar code is still broken after at least 3 weeks. Would be nice if the appointments with my personal trainer were in the app, especially if there could be functionality for booking and rescheduling appointments in-app instead of taking time out of my workout at the gym to schedule with the trainer.

The one thing I need this app for is the barcode, which appears from other reviews to not be working for months. Front desk folks just tell me to continue uninstalling and reinstalling... You have one job, please do it!
