The game over all is pretty good, it's well made, and very fun to play, but there is two main problems. First of all, we don't all start at the same place. Some players can win just because they got lucky on the ball placement in the beggining. And second of all, there is a big problem in money earning. It is impossible to earn any game money, because if you're 5th or 6th, you lose everything you paid! I think rewards should be way higher, I'm level 10 and can't played the level 6 course yet.

Lately the game has been seemingly cheating? I'll be playing custom and the ball will just stop while it's actively rolling down a ramp. Wasn't an issue until a couple weeks ago. And the pool game is a lot of fun if the physics weren't broken so the ball will force stop before it goes into a hole. I've never gotten pass like level 10 on that. If the game becomes frustrating, what's the point in continuing to play?

absolute dog water garbage do not download. no matter how good you are, no matter what you do or upgrade, 99% of your opponents are bots, and they can literally beat you no matter what, and they will. the algorithm doesn't five you harder opponents instead it gives their bots the ability to surpass everything you buy even with real money. and I've sent 2 support tickets. No response. I want my money back, as it's the biggest buyers remorse I've ever had.

There is a noticeable, arbitrary barrier where you can't win any games because your paired with people (or bots) with maxed out gear that obliterate you with your level one gear, so make sure you have your credit card on standby to pay for the upgrades. The momentum and movement of the ball makes no sense as well. When you pull back on the ball to move it, it doesn't go far enough, but when you pull back a nanometer further, it suddenly goes flying across the entire course, no in between.

I've put lots of time/money into this game...I will say mostly it's great but 3 star loss for 1 HUGE GLITCH. The slow down for "the experience" doesn't account for the timer, so when the 10 second timer is going and you hit a perfect shot, it slows the shot down which is neat BUT! It doesn't also slow the clock which means you lose the shot and most likely the match based on the slow down graphics, had everything continued like normal for the last shot you would not have had problems. Fix.

The game is fun for a while but it suddenly gets boring. They push extra hard for u to spend money and no matter what I won't spend my hard earned money, and watching ads isn't enough because they won't allow it so it gets boring and stays there... because you can't play on the courses u want because u can't win enough coins to really do that. It's either spend money or it's just dull. I'm uninstalling and hope to find a game like this with a much bigger variety to keep it fun.

*Developers Read* Play custom map playlist for 10 mins and see this game is broken. Ball sticks to surfaces it should roll on. The building block that propells ball when hit doesn't work half of the time. These 2 problems alone make you take unnecessary shots and make you lose. Makes the experience unplayable and unpleasant. Remove building block and struttering. Fix this game, it is good when it works!

I have been playing this game for over a year now and have enjoyed playing. Until recently it will not load unless I am on a wifi. I have submitted a issue with the support team and pretty much got told it's a connection issue on my side even though everything else on my phone works just fine. Then when they sent a email asking how satisfied I was with my support experience, the link for the unsatisfied just sends you to a page not found.
