I had 3min for free then I got the notification of the end of the 3min. The app asked to add credit for 3€ to keep discussion going so I paid but only to get almost directly "1min left" 🥲. Figured out that the 3€ I paid was 1min but then its just the time the medium could read card and write a quick answer then shut down. Does not make sense AT ALL and looks more like a scam. I'm sad because the psychic was good. I'd better pay her normal price for a 1 shot classic reading.

Absolutely terrible! After getting charged twice without my approval of the amount, I find that there are two subscriptions under my email! After months of them trying to take out money and charging me $14 when I was approving a $1 purchase is just ridiculous!!! So not okay that they make people think they're spending a dollar and end up spending $40!!!! NOT COOL!!!! Would give 0 stars if I could!

Like others I was aware of the ask Nebula plan, because I downloaded the app for the 7 day trail. From my end it does not show that I ever subscribed or purchased a 7 day trail, but 4 charges showed up on my card. It's very frustrating to cancel something that you purchased when you have no proof of purchase. Then when the charges show up, it makes the buyer seem like they were satisfied with the purchase, when honestly we just couldn't find the subscription to cancel before the trail ended.

Inaccurate reading, probably due to the fact the reader didn't have a photo of me to read or my name so that makes it impossible to do an accurate reading, it's like trying to find something and you don't know what/where it is, so you can't focus your energy to find it. Only tried to see if it was legit and for palm reading which was mostly inaccurate too. Seems to be more for making money due to having to pay a lot for credits. Don't waste your money.

Well went for the free trial and still waiting for this horoscopes arrive. Then I noticed that a payment was taken on 8th November but only did all of this on the 1st November. Free trial I don't think so. I have cancelled subscription and I am trying to get €39.00 back and I have emailed them as I never received the service they offered. I have also reported this to PayPal and stopped anymore payments going out. I wasn't advised of any payment plan. I will await the response

***Edit*** I emailed support with my issues and it's probably the quickest response I've had in a long time, and they very kindly resolved them so I've updated my review. Somehow managed to subscribe n had over £60 out of my account in less than a month but I only wanted to pay £5 initially when I installed just to get taster but it's very confusing app to navigate and obviously expensive.

Every time I buy credits they never show up, or credits come out that weren't supposed to. Several times I've gotten a subscription that I had to pay for, then it just tries to make me pay again instead of letting me access the content. Very scam like and fraudulent app. Trying to contact them is impossible because the link won't even open. HUGE scam if you are paying for anything. Free services are vague and can apply to anyone, definitely not detailed by any means.

Confusing, I was blindsided with subscription fee, I get notifications with specific leading information and when I click in, there's no reference to the actual message anywhere. I unknowingly paid for a subscription yet seem to have to pay for everything in app as well. Very unsatisfactory user journey and experience.
