Tickets don't load immediately when recieving the transfer. Need to close and reboot the app repeatedly for them to appear. Randomly logs you out of the app completely and need to fully go back though and verify identity across multiple avenues super inconvenient when trying to enter a venue. Had the tickets loaded in the car ready to walk up. Open the app again and have to verify identity at the scanner. Update!!!! App will not transfer tickets after using account verification. Support useless

It didn't used to be this bad and fee for the service went up. It took me 45 minutes and numerous tries to buy after waiting 30 minutes in queue. I got kicked out of the buying process several times. First, the system somehow thought I was bot, so I had to switch to another device. The timer doesn't account for how long it takes the app to load the seating chart and tickets whether on mobile or PC. AXS should pay me to use this app considering the amount of it time spent,terrible experience.

This is my least favorite ticket purchasing site I've ever used. The interface is not user friendly at all. You can only select tickets by viewing a map and clicking on seats, but you won't see the prices until after you made your selection. The fact that there isn't even an option to view in a list is mind blowing. And then even if you filter the price so it doesn't show you anything above your budget, about 10 seconds after you apply the filter it will unapply itself. It's a terrible experienc

The UI is horrible and leaves much to be desired. It's difficult to find shows just by area or dates when there aren't many large venues around. Had an issue trying to to buy tickets for a show on the correct night of which I wanted to see it, so I just forgoed buying them all together so as to not get a headache. Wasn't worth the trouble.

HORRIBLE experience! The descriptions say if you can't attend, that you can resell your tickets through the app. It also offers "extra protection" that if FOR ANY REASON you can't attend, you can get your money back. I COULD NOT resell my ticket NOR WOULD THEY REFUND ME AS PROMISED even with that added protection I purchased! So they LIED about being able to resell my ticket and then also LIED about getting my money back with the xtra protection cost! I NEVER want to do business here again!

I am completely unable to purchase tickets for the event I want to see. Every time I select the quantity and what kind of tickets I want, I get a screen that says "out of time". I tried using the artist's presale link that I signed up for, I tried purchasing through the app, made sure that I was using mobile data and not WiFi, cleared my cache, closing and opening the browser again, and I still got the "out of time" screen. Very frustrating and disappointing experience.

The worst app I have seen in a long time. It's required for accessing digital concert tickets. There's no way to get around it if you don't want to pay an extra fee for paper tickets. It requires you to triple authenticate your account on login. No way to download your tickets to your phone wallet for offline use. It's lazy design that puts the work of "account security" on the user when it should be the responsibility of the ticket outfitter.

Absolutely worthless! I got to the door of the venue and literally at the last second the app (& website) decided I was a robot and wouldn't let me access my tickets. Had to get out of line and figure it out (luckily I did mange to get into the show). I had the same issue a month prior when I went to check my tickets. I contacted AXS and they unlocked my account. Then had the same issue one week before the show. Contacted AXS again, this time they didn't care. Totally useless company & app!!!!!!
