Hard app to use. It doesn't have an inspection part like the KT app. You also can't even change the time when you have it on edit. I forget to log in or log out. Our company isn't an OTR truck driver. Wish there was an electronic app for non OTR. This app uses Google map, Google map is for cars, not for big trucks.

If you have this co. make sure to cancel or make any changes 30 days before you renew cause they will not absolutely will not work with you and they will bully you into paying for another year I had 2 driver's last year for about 2 months it's been only 1 driver for a long time told them I didn't want to pay for the extra driver they said your plan auto renewed you have to give 30 day notice for any changes or cancel your subscription your bill of 526.80 is due. You get no reminders TRASH

It works well. My main issue is that it doesn't put me on duty from driving status when I stop my truck until 5-7 minutes after I pull the brakes sometimes.. That results in a lot of lost driving time unless I actively put myself on duty or off duty manually as soon as I stop...

I like the app. Definitely driver friendly, if your company sets it up right. I really like the fact that I can have it on my phone and in my truck. So I can take my phone with me when I'm out of the truck and update or change my status as needed. The yard move is a fantastic option when you have to move around at a shipper or receiver. It does freeze up from time to time. But you restart your device and keep it updated and it happens less often. Same as any other electronic device and/or app.

Bad experience. I am glad we switched. 1. Customer service is not helpful. Transferred me to different departments and each time I get a different answer. 2. Also, they charged our account $535 "renewal" fee (that's what they stated unsurely) without our permission and refuse to refund it. 3. Billing is not organized. Since we signed up, Big Road never sent us bills. When I asked to cancel, we got bills all at once instead of monthly like it was supposed to be. Not happy with customer service.

Usually the app works ok. But after the latest update it started to give different types of diagnostic errors and malfunctions. It is not a hardware, but a software problem. It has happened before as well. Like 18 months ago after an update it was acting the same way and then three or four updates later everything returned to normal. Also for no reason it doesn't allow to change from driving to personal driving even though the Canadian rules are NOT applied. Stop putting out untested updates.

Since the last update I'm having a couple of big issues. 1- The new HOS regulations allow for a 30 minute break to be satisfied while on-duty. The Bigroad app does in fact allow this, however it still lists "driving more than 8 hrs since last break." It's not a violation, but is still shown in red and listed as so. 2- Under the "Inspection mode" I no longer see where to email my logs. Has this function been moved? The two options available are SEND TO FMCSA and INSPECT ONSCREEN .

App worked okay by itself, I wouldn't say it's easy to use. When we added the mandated eld (dash link) is when troubles started , unable to do any edits unless through the administrator. I was told you can edit everything except driving time, not true. Then the app tricked me into a update and the whole thing went bad! Changed module to fleet complete and now I'm on week 3 of doing paper logs . Calls to administrators have yielded zero results. Crazy
