Terrible app. It completely froze my phone (Google Pixel 8 max) than crashed it when I was searching for a hotel. After my phone restarted it's self the app would open and than close itself never allowing me to access it again. I uninstalled it and red installed it, than it told me me password was incorrect, so I did the reset password email. When I clicked that link it brought me to the page to change it and after typing my new password twice it told me it "couldn't complete my request".

It has great features but very misleading when doing the promotional stays. Half of their brands don't qualify but they don't tell you that until after your stay. App works ok but it doesn't give you best deals other websites and sometimes the hotel itself has a better rate.

App usually works great, but now when I try to book a hotel it tells me location services are off when I clearly have it on. All permissions are correct but nothing I do to try and get results is working. This needs to be fixed ASAP. Location works on everything else (food delivery, maps, etc...).

This app is horrible, it's inconsistent, doesn't always load and delivers your purchased points whenever it chooses. It freezes almost anytime I go to use it . Sometimes it just spins and does nothing at all when you need it the most. When you need to make a reservation it is time sensitive, so having these issues is completely unacceptable. I have complained repeatedly about these issues yet they remain. That shows me that customer service is not their game.

Can't finalize my reservation with the phone app. I've been trying to make several reservations over the last few weeks for different choice hotels, but the reservation just won't go through. It just says "rest easy". I travel every week and stay in a variety of Choice hotels and have used the app, but lately, it just doesn't work, so I ended up at a different brand hotel.

Terrible I got zero reward points for 34 stays in a choice hotel. Didn't even count as a stay and choice did the reservation for me .that's bad treatment because I spend hours on phone for nothing nobody that works there has authority to correct mistakes made when it comes to reward points. This happened in the past with there competitors they credited me all rewards I deserved without question. I wouldn't recommend them to an enemy if I had one

Absolutely horrible, hours of worthless navigation, unable to accomplish anything, time consuming, does not allow easy changes, trying to purchase more points will put you in mental institution, the help desk is somewhere outside the USA and requires a multi lingual interpretation to understand the conversation

I've stayed in many hotels in the past 4 years and have encountered bed bugs in 3 of them. They were ALL Choice Hotels. BED BUGS! Forced to leave at midnight because of the BED BUGS. Choice Hotel brand has become synonymous with trash holes. Even if they look nice, owners don't enforce proper cleaning or infestation control and just keep renting out rooms. I am done with the Choice brand.
