Constantly crashes. Server not reachable prompts. Can't read the forms from the phone. If you upload photos in Lessons you need to resize them. Update: tech support was prompt, open to suggestions and very professional at handling the above-mentioned issues. They said forms are available on the phone after the latest update. For these reasons I changed the rating from 1 to 3.

This has been one problem after another since I purchased the service. The app has had bugs, not loaded, not saved data, not sent messages, or received messages appropriately. What happened? It was so good in the beginning.

This app has major bugs with the Google phone interaction. If I open coach catalyst on a desktop or a laptop and log into my account it will not allow me to open the app on my phone. It does not recognize my password or my email address. It will not function on my phone at all. And if I try to go to the coach catalyst website on my phone I can only see half the screen. It will not show anything else. It is not mobile friendly. I have never been more frustrated with an app than with this one.

REALLY bad. Lots of trouble resetting password. Data is not reporting accurately

The recent update (Nov 8th, 2023) came with a drip email to clients. The email sends at 8am local time and prompts clients to: "Click below to read your lesson and check out your actions for today!" ... sending them to the webapp smfh The email damages the client-coach trust. Please let coaches know when you accidently send our clients confusing emails. The lack of communication on this bug is unexpected. It's not a representation of how your team normally operates. Do better. Thanks.

I really like the idea and possible functionalities and options, however, it stops, can't load and basically gets stuck both on computer and android phone. Please fix this!
