The watch itself is an abomination. The watch UI is just bad. The app manages to pull data from the watch but the sync with Google Fit is non-existant. It is connected but none of the data is synced. Definitely not worth buying even for the ₹1,000 offer price I bought it for... Let alone ₹7000! Watch faces... Create your own and revert to one of the useless pre-installed ones jmwith an accidental swipe up! Seriously!

Overall watch UI and app are great . But my run calculations are absolutely wrong , I have a Jogging track of approximately 500m for which even if I take 6 rounds , it shows 1.5 kms during my run . However , when I walk it shows it very close to actuals . Is there any way to increase the accuracy ? Need help

Worst experience with this wearable and this app. Activity completed in watch is not synced with app although I have tried all the possible and suggested troubleshooting steps. Sleep data is not getting synced. Spo2 measured is not getting synced.

The worst smart watch and app , this Timex Fit 2.0 watch and Timex Fit 2.0 app are like water and Oil ,they never mix . The app developer is big idiot, he never wanted to fix the bugs.This watch has wasted my precious 120min and never got connected to there app. I am using Timex watches from my childhood so bought this Timex smart but it's very irritating and wasting customer's time. If you don't wake up early you will be out of the market very soon .. I don't recommend your smart watches.

Worst watch and worst service. After updating the application. Watch stopped receiving updates from mobile. Watch is not able to receive notifications. Really a pathetic service from customer care. They say just to visit service center. If we ask extra question they will disconnect the call. Please don't buy this Watch. I have done a wrong thing buying this Watch.
