The fastest way to a destination recommended by this app is all too often not correct. Not 100% reliable. To be used in combination with Maps especially when you don't have time to waste.

I bought a ticket and used paypal as a payment method. The ticket never appeared in the app but the money was charged to my paypal account. I opened a case in paypal l. The answer of RMV was that the money cannot be reimbursed due to technical issue, and I should close the case in paypal and open a new one. The big issue is that cases in paypal can only be opened once. The app doesn't work correctly with the payments, the company doesn't respect the consumers and try to trick them

still super annoying: to register a payment method, you get rerouted to the webpage, which is as unintuitive as usual. No improvements at all. A credit card is not bank details, and registering a credit card crashed 4 times. 1 star for the improved search function though. In addition, if you are a guest with a non-german address, you have trouble registering (which, from a technical stand point could be easily fixed and formatted). Translations are a mix of German and english, very confusing.

Great app when all trains work. But if there are replacement busses (SEV), those are not integrated. You have to download a PDF file, which is hard to read and understand on a phone, which people have when they travel. It shouldn't be that hard to integrate the SEVs, but I guess not a lot of thinking goes on at the IT department

Works in English until you try to register to buy tickets at which point it reverts to German which makes it impossible for non German speakers to use. Missed busses and trams trying to use the app. Useless if you don't speak German

Good timetable and ticket information. It is easier to understand than the website. But you can only buy one ticket in the app - this is very limiting! I want to buy 2 because I am travelling with my family. And you can only pay by PayPal, not by card. Many links in FAQ go to websites only in German. This is not helpful when you are trying to understand about the closed railway line and restrictions from Frankfurt airport!

First purchases were seemless. Currently, receiving a warning pop-up with words like: "start time exceeded" and "you will be able to buy again soon". Luckily, was able to purchase tickets at an automat. Any advice?

The monthly tickets sometimes do not appear on the application and when trying to buy another one, it tells you that there's already a monthly ticket purchased. This being the cause of you getting a fine would be terrible.
