Used it all the time. It wasn't perfect but you could simply find train times and buy tickets (which is all it really needs to do). With the recent update it takes 5 full minutes to load train times. They new hinge screen is way too complex and puts a layer between you and the actually useful screen.

Use every day for work. Since the update it is useless. Slow, crashes all the time. Horrible to use if you are tight on time for your morning train where every minute counts. Also, confusing now on the page to select the ticket. Shows a box with the few upcoming trains yet somehow it randomly switches the departure and arrival destinations and a number of times i have ended up buying the ticket the wrong way. The old version was fine

Once purchased, the ticket is great. However, using your app is very difficult!! and if you make an error it makes you start all over. It's very frustrating when you put in all of your information according including your credit card information and then it will not accept your credit card and you have to start you. With a whole different credit card, not sure why it won't take my credit card when I have plenty of balance

With the latest updates this app has become slow and laggy, especially when I have to open the app or switch between the tabs Search, My Tickets, Account, Outbound, Return, I think these problems have come out with the new changes to the graphical interface of the app. This is quite frustrating especially when I have to take out the QR code ticket at the speed gates.

This app used to work decently. Nothing to write home about but did the job. Now all it does is crash. Try to look up times? Crash. Buy a ticket? Crash. Try to look at a ticket? Crash. Ever since the new screen came in with the suggested travels, the app takes forever to load and forever to respond to any input. It's become an increasingly frustrating and useless app Please optimise and fix this. It's pretty much unusable currently.

I have used this app for more than 3 years, but every update is becoming worse. Now is showing relevant train (bus) lines that not any connection with the searched string. If you buy tickets it you going to lose money. I lost money a few times from fake trains (buses). Probably it is very difficult for developers to make the search only for the searched direction from the current train station (bus stop). You have to be very careful when purchasing tickets. I am deleting it, found better one.

❗While the app is convenient to plan your trip and book tickets, and sometimes helps to track delays – it does not show the tickets anymore. Pressing "view tickets" throws you back to "plan my text trip" page! I had to search in my emails to retrieve my ticket and see my seat. Frustrating, stressful experience! How can a railway ticket app not show the tickets?? Please fix this bug asap!

An advert loads 1 second after you change to the "my tickets" page, in the exact place the "view season ticket" button is, forcing you to accidentally click the advert which takes you to a web page and switch apps back to trainline on a train with no signal whilst the ticket man is standing in front of you sighing. Sort it out please it gets me every day.
