I drive a DAF XG+ for work, and this app could be great and really useful. This review is for both the onboard tablet app and phone app, too. Pro's It has a lot of maps. Covering all of Europe and other continents. Looks nice. Con's Live traffic doesn't work, sent me to 2 closed roads, one has been closed for a long time, and the other is closed tonight! Downloaded it onto this phone to try it again, but it doesn't work with Android Auto. Can't download maps using mobile data.

Why can't you rename your saved favourites. Saving the flagged locations as the road name like A143 or something is just not good enough. Can you please add this function as it seems to be a basic feature with the other Apps I've used in the past. Also, as mentioned by someone else, Speed Limits are sometimes wrong on 'A' roads. As a dedicated Truck app I would have expected this to be correct as it is with Copilot Truck.

Plug your phone into the input near the stereo BEFORE installing the app and follow the instructions on the screen. You need first to install "Web link host on your phone, then look in Apps on Web link host. There you'll find the Daf app. No need for your VIN number. You're welcome :)

As others have said, you cannot get past the server error notice after entering vin number. Load of rubbish really as no other truck navigation apps work on my new DAF because they are associated with Google. Pointless putting Android auto in these lovely trucks, cannot use other than for music. ????
