I've had the Delta Pro 3 for a month, everything was great until 3 days ago, the app was working great up to then. Delta Pro 3 wasn't responding to switching on manually. App lost connection, Bluetooth comes on for a matter of seconds then disconnects. WiFi times out when trying to connect and a message says phone disconnected. 😒 A reset option to set the delta pro 3 to some standard settings may help but need a constant connection to change settings.

Had small issue after I got my order, spoke with their Chat function. Everything was sorted out. So far, I'm very pleased with the post service support. Only downside is, it must be shipped back, and then wait for the to replace/Repair process. It'd be faster if I could order exact same SKU, and once the defective item is received back, issue a refund after the inspection/testing was complete, cutting the cust downtime in half. But that option wasn't presented. 4/5 leaves room for improvement

UPDATE: (very late posting this because the problem WAS resolved after updating). Using the River as a UPS and it's performed flawlessly ever since. Earlier: Just downloaded this app and can't even open it!?! I get a pop-up that says "Looks like another app is blocking access to Google Play. Turn off any apps that might be drawing over the screen and try again." Even after cleaning it and checking for any apps that could be blocking it. Great product, but this is souring.

Registration and 3rd party linkage are absolute bears. The main purposes of the app are to deliver ads, to suck you into their points (pennies) program and collect your personal info (for data brokers?). While the physical battery is great, avoid the app registration if you can. I can't: You must register to get 3rd integration. It doesn't work with Google Assistant or password manager. The linking process asks for 3rd party id/password, but it doesn't work. When will this mess be fixed???

My River 2 keeps shutting off after 10 mins running w/w.o. AC power. Just did the latest update. Powered up after update, 10 mins in it shut off. Running a 6volt fan just to see what happens. It shuts off. It powered off late last nite while using as UPS for TV/Modem. Found it off this morning. So I tried these tests today. Not sure why its shutting down? No auto offs are set to ON after checking my phone.

Works partially, although AC output is always 0.. no matter what I'm running. Accurate power output would really help me decide what is worth plugging into the Ecoflow. Everything still works, except this app. AC/DC charging works well for small loads(River 2) The Ecoflow works without this app, don't bother with it. Good hardware, useless app. Update after update that don't fix the most basic problem. And yes that includes firmware updates.

The River 2 Max makes a lot of noise at low load and self-discharges despite being plugged into an outlet in UPS mode, or even with no load at all. All firmware updates are installed. Update: Fixed after changing the cooler to a Noctua with an additional resistor. The self-discharge issue is actually still present. I have new problem, I cant enable AC if backup reserve function was enabled.

Great App so far. I'm new to this technology and look forward to learning more. The Delta Pro 3 saved me from being powerless when it arrived the day before Milton devastated our area. The DP3 ran my items for 3 days before I decided to charge it via gas generator. Although I don't have much experience with the App, it was not hard to setup. Although I did run into problems after losing Wi-Fi & Bluetooth wasn't configured yet. I recommend you setup App as soon as you can with grid power.
