The app doesn't work. You put in your employer and it takes you to a page with no links, no login option, nothing. There's no website option, only an app.

UPDATE: After over a year with this, I wish I could give negative stars. The HealthQuests literally are DEMOTIVATING me to make any health changes. Also, my biggest pet peeve with this still hasn't been fixed: it doesn't save any log in information. No option to log in with biometric info either. Several elements take you outside the app and are completed in browser. It gives you access to the MyEvive portal, so it functions at the bare minimum, but it's not much better than a site bookmark.

Have done four walk/jog sessions in the last week and only two of them have counted. One time the app didn't count my steps at all. I cleared the cache on both this and Google Fit and it worked fine when I redid the session. The second time it counted my steps, but glitched out at the very end and would not finish even though I got the notification saying that it finished. Had to close and reopen the app and when I did the whole session was not counted. Completely unacceptable.

This app is supposed to track activity to earn rewards paid for by the employer. It did track 2 out of the first 4 workouts. Then it stopped. After wasting my time contacting customer support, I was told to uninstall and reinstall. It still doesn't track and now I've lost what little progress it had managed to record. Worst app I've used. It just added stress and anxiety to my workout.

I have to complete 27 runs with this app to get my yearly health reward. At times, the GPS doesn't track any distance, wasting a run. Other times, the app times out because I left it locked too long on a run! More recently, I'll complete a run, look at it in my log, all is good. I come back later to see that run just disappeared. These bugs are awfully convenient for the company that doesn't pay me my health reward if I don't complete this on time. Support is zero help.

I find this app wanting. Positively, the app brings together some of the pieces of my benefits package. However, there are technical glitches that honestly make it easier for me to access some of my services outside of the app. Lately the app has been sending DAILY emails asking for my opinion on coronavirus topics. Everyday. Always about coronavirus topics not directly related to my benefits (the reason I have the app) and with no way to opt out or give feedback. Reevaluating having this.

Horrible service. Many links don't work. When you call for help they ask you to email to complicated email addresses. Phone number given a person never answers. Links for web support also not working. The site looks good and seems to have great content but when you click to take advantage, nothing works. This app would be good once it works completely.
