They email you a printable receipt - couldn't find anyone answering if we could get a receipt or not (to turn in for reimbursement/taxes/etc). But after you pickup your food (maybe after you order... We ordered and picked up immediately), a printable receipt is emailed to ya. You can view your receipt thru the app, but on android, don't see a way to email it to myself, unless I screenshot different parts of the receipt and then email. Love the salads. Several do not contain gluten.

Having an app to order from a vending machine seems like just an extra unnecessary complication I don't see the value in but the machine I was at had a touch screen that was not responding essentially forcing me to use the app

Food is pricey, but always fresh which is important to me. The app is very slow. I would give a higher rating if the rewards lasted longer! I have spent a lot of money here and thought I would of had many more reward points when I got on to app. No complaints about the food whatsoever, I have tasted A LOT of different dishes from farmers fridge!!

Food was solid but the app was super frustrating. Confusing process ends up being the opposite of the value proposition of "relaxation in a jar" or whatever. It was difficult to identify which of the machines to order from. After taking my money, it turned out it wanted me to go to another machine that was right by it but out of view. Spent several minutes trying to find it and thinking it'd errored out. I regret trying to use the app to save on the purchase.

The food is awesome! I love it...sadly I'm not able to continue to use it because the app just doesn't work. I've got a Galaxy S21+ & I've downloaded and canceled then reloaded dozens of times and it just doesn't work. If you could get it to work then I will order everyday! I just don't have 20min to mess with the app before getting my food because then I only have 10min to eat it. Please...fix your app...

Finally, There is great food at those vending machine. Test so good and best part of it, it was fresh. The price is reasonable too. Me and my wife tried four items and all of them test very good and were very fresh.

The fact that they force us to download their app to buy food is BS! All they really want is our data... So whatever, I decided to play their little game and downloaded the app. Here I am 40 minutes later and it won't even complete the order. Keep getting an error that says "something went wrong on their end" what should've been a quick 1 minute order on the screen at the fridge turned into 40 minutes of BS with no food at the end of it. Will be deleting this app and the profile I made with them

Low rating as theres room for improvement. Product is good no doubt, i like the idea. Having it at the airport doesnt support international travellers You have alot of fridges at airports, but using phone numbers to register limits outside travelers to try the food. I tried registering at airport with my canadian number and ran into errors. Wish it was email registration and then that would be better for us travellers
