Login does not work properly. Had to login with browser first, and since it uses the browser (lol) to login, then it worked. But now it just stays on a loop in the menu - every 3 seconds it refreshes the main page, so you can't do anything with the app. Also using the browser to try to give readings or see receipts just redirects you to this poorly maintained app. Still the same automated message every time. The issue is ongoing for months now. Useless app.

It can be better. The app has improved when compared to the previous one. However, it is slow, not as slower as the previous was, but it still is; I don't if it is the API, the UI or both. Feature: it will be great if we could request an assistance to GALP 360 through the APP. Why not? Previously and currently the only thing that button does is redirect the customer to the site's content; it's disappointing. Better if it hasn't that button at all.

Regarding this app I will say the following: please add Visa, Mastercard, Google Wallet and Apple Pay payments. Only Multibanco references is definitely not enough. This isn't the 90's anymore. Take care of the ones that live abroad as well.

Absolutely dreadful. Nothing is available in English. Extremely difficult to contact galp directly or through the app. We are long term customers of galp but when we need them they are difficult to reach. Even the phone contact they supply has no other language options. They are happy to take your money but offer a lousy customer service.

My card got charged 45 EUR however there was no connection to the station. Return my money!! Plus every page in the app loads 3-5 seconds, it feels like a badly developed app

Complete waste of space for home gas supply. They don't issue invoices nor do they instruct whichever local supplier delivered the gas to do so. Their response is "we're just connecting local suppliers with buyers"! I can do that, but the reason I want an app is that I don't want to have to speak to any plonkers who don't understand customer service

I don't know how much google is paying them to force their customers to install google chrome, but i hope it's a considerable sum. it's ridiculous to not allow the app to work with any browser/webview.

I don't know what you did, but I cannot access any data on my app anymore. The contracts disappeared and I can't add them either... How am I supposed to do the readings now?!
