I would give ZERO stars if I could. The app frequently crashes. It has been over a month since I have been able to see my messages. I have sent multiple messages to customer support and have only received one reply, days later. Our hospital uses this app for scheduling and employee communication, otherwise I would NOT use this app. Edited: I sent a message on 10/7/24 and got an auto reply only. I did not get a reply from a rep until I sent another message on 10/14/24.

It needs to be cleaned up for android at least to make it more intuitive. I want to apply the overtime label to multiple shifts at once, not have to search for a button to delete multiple events, customize the auto-populated name of the events I see on Google calendar when I link nursegrid, compare multiple colleagues schedules with mine at the same time, and I cannot (on app or online) delete a worksite.

Update 07/29/2024...I would give this a zero if I could. Better yet I would not use it at all except my family uses it and this was helping me keep track. Again, app has not worked in several days. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and it still shuts down. It was a so-so app to begin with but now it's even worse. You say you want this to be used by many but you can't even keep it functioning.

still having issues with the app. i love this app so muchore than the one my job prefers us using but it's so hard to use! it freezes every time i attempt to see my friends or suggested colleagues. i have to close the app and restart it and even then it only lets me scroll like once until ut freezes again. please fix!

I have been trying to delete a previous work site for 6 months now. The app will not let me delete it. The app also defaults to That work site so I routinely have to put my schedule in twice. I work night shift. There is no way to set the default start time to 7pm. I have to manually change it every time I put dates in.

Works when it wants to. I work night, evening, and some time day shift. Regardless of which location I schedule my days under & save, most of the time it defaults to night shift. Now it won't open for me, despite trying all day. Even tried to restart my phone without success. Convenient when it works, but please fix the bugs.

Used to really love this app...it synced flawlessly with my Google calendar and was easy to put my shifts in. Over the past couple of months it never syncs automatically with my Google calendar, I have to manually unsynch and resynch it every time I edit a shift. Within the past couple of days it's a hit or miss on whether or not I can even add a shift... sometimes it works and sometimes I get an error message. Not really useful anymore.

This app just didn't do what it's made to do. Part of it is that I have an Android because app developers tend to forget about us and leave out some features that the Apple version has. But mostly is because of the notifications or lack of them. When you are looking for trades from a specific person it doesn't send that person a direct message, they have to like click on the specific date by chance and then even then it doesn't even show all the details when you finally do find it and click it! There are more examples, but basically all you can do is look at your coworkers schedules.
