glitches, issues logging in, one time passcode text doesn't let you process further anyways. it's just been very awkward to open and access it doesn't make me think it's worth it unless you are actively trying to save a couple quid in your offers.

Hardly works properly, forever having log in issues, works fine 1 minute, then use it again, NO, I've been logged out, can't log in, codes get sent, they don't register either or work, fingerprint works fine, then next time doesn't, constantly having to reset password which is the correct ONE I used the last time, and so is carries on!

no rewards, that are actually rewards. purchases and rewards aren't exclusive. cheaper or better deals on other platforms. if you're going to rewards me I would like a free coffee every week without a purchase as I'm already paying 3.. this only rewards THREE the company for advertising.

Logs me out randomly, and i can't log back in without receiving a text message..... my sim is in my router, so it means I can't log in until I'm back home. Then, I have to battle with the router to try to read the text. All in all, a huge pain in the ***

I have been a 3 customer for years and years and when I log in to my account it says that I can upgrade my device and plan so I go to upgrade my device and plan and I get all excited 😆 and I get a text from 3 saying congratulations on your new phone and plan and then at the very very last minute it says NO YOU CAN'T UPGRADE!!!! So I tried calling up to speak to someone about this problem and it's due to a credit check that I'm not passing I just don't understand how you can treat your .......

We have 3 sims with three and only 1 account as they are all paid by the account holder, which is my partner, and unfortunately, because of this, we were told me and my daughter cannot use the three + app because we are not the account holder and I think its absolutely rubbish that me and my daughter can't use it but we have a three sim each I just cannot believe it or understand why all three sims are different three numbers so why can't we use the three + app at all I feel really let down

wow this is so bad this app has taken 1.25 hours of my life just waiting on the spin the wheel page to load I tried 4 times during that hour and half. you guys need to go back to the drawing board and figure out how to make this with quicker and I tried it on my WiFi at home and on the 3 network the app its very bad 👎

So far tried a few deals with mixed success. Some of the deals ended up being "too good to be true" and ended up being a hassle. Others, the code simply didn't work. In both cases I felt like I'd wasted time and regretted using Three+
