Terrible UX and experience. You need to provide a ton of data (phone, email AND agree to a ton of terrible consents and location) to even start once you're in the app the ordering is extremely confusing. Once you're ready to buy get ready to have to dig out your credit card and billing information. I think the only thing you're missing is asking for my my mother's maiden name and my personal ID number.

Crashes constantly. The store associates do not abide by the wait time in the app at all, and will not provide refunds when they run out of items. Instead you have to go through the app and try 3-4 times to write in the inbox, only for the app to crash mid sentence. Then, good luck getting the refund. Very, very poor customer service and they haven't updated the app in years, they don't seem to care that it hardly works.

Updating my review from 2 stars to 1 because now it requires me to login every time I open the app and wont save favorite stores. Very glitchy, gives me driving directions (??) when I select a store. Not intuitive how to clear stuff from your cart. Awful at knowing where you are on a map, so it always recommends a different location that it thinks is closer. You can favorite a store, but the app defaults to "nearest". No way to add certain modifications like an extra espresso shot.

Edit : contacted support through the app and managed to get all the issues solved and quite fast. Order stuck in "ready for pick up", also it advertised that you get a reward if you do your first purchase through the app but that is not the case. It looks like the server, app or the soft on the store side is not working properly.

This app is unstable, login with Facebook does not work properly. I wanted to register without Facebook, and could not because of most likely same card details. But I deleted 5he account and can't log in to the primary account any more. As my phonenumber(with i can't continue without it) is now connected to my new and deleted account. There should be an option to make you own user as well. Good design, but a shame it is useless.. Edit: If you haven't done any changes, it is still an error :/

Love this app, it's not perfect, but the loyalty program is awesome. There's one bug I've encountered where I have a free signature drink voucher and a signature joe card, but when I buy a signature drink it will take it off the joe card, not the free voucher. Edit: the same bug still happens with the latest update, maybe give free vouchers priority?

Nice looking design, just not very intuitive to set up eg company rewards/membership. Have to scroll through full menu to make any item selection. Can't add any notes eg to make latte a mocha (can this just be added to menu?!) so I have to catch the batista in time to request that verbally. Otherwise works fine.

How am I supposed to reset a PIN? Truly have no idea what it is, have tried probably 100 things, and the only way to reset a PIN seems to be by first entering your PIN.
