About 3 out of 5 times that we try to book a flight on the app, we can go so far into the booking, and then there's an error that comes up to check our internet connection. I am sitting right next to our router. Our Roku TV, which is in a totally different room, never has problems. I have no problems with any other app. Actually, I just realized, it had gotten better. But I just updated it, and it has started happening again. Very strange.

Do yourself a favor, skip the app for booking...use their web site. Sluggish and unresponsive at times. Periodically, no "book flt" tab. Now...won't allow booking in the app. Always resolves to "error, try again later". Assuming Allegiant is aware of issue, since many have brought it up. Sooner is better. UPDATE on 2/28/22 DID NOT resolve issue. Recommend not installing app in its current version, as it is useless for any kind of functionality.

Someday, I'll be able to book a trip on this app without having to switch to the website. Today is not that day. Currently, (December 2023) the "Book Flight" button doesn't work. The app is up to date. Edit: The app still doesn't work, as of September 2024. Now, the "Purchase My Trip" button fails. I can't even book on the website because it's broken too.

I fly all the time, use many airline apps. Allegiant's is the worst I've ever had the displeasure of using, and kind of being forced into using. Worse than any of the real airlines, worse than the other budget airlines, worse than even Spirit and Frontier, which is a monumental statement. Nothing saves, constant glitches, doesn't agree with auto fills. Absolutely abysmal.

Gives an error when trying to update baggage. It costs much more to do it at the gate, so doing it beforehand is a must. Okay for booking flights and showing boarding pass. Edit: Now you can't change your password with a link. The app just bugs.

This app is unreliable, constantly crashing or kicking you off. Once you try and finalize trip.Then when you try again trip is always more expensive!! Very frustrating then when I call Allegiant I end up with another high price.

App constantly logs me out. I can never get my boarding pass to load after I check in to a flight. I fly allegiant frequently and really have a good experience with the airline, but the app is TERRIBLE. If the app was better I'd actually recommend flying allegiant more. I can't even call to get a real person on the phone to help with the app, all the support numbers are automated lines.

The app doesn't work as often as it works. When it works it is fine, but that is far to infrequent. AND it has always been this way. Fire whoever is in charge of the app and get someone else. This should be a better experience.
