App gets hung up when connecting to wifi. I see the air mini+ on my router, but the molekule app keeps clocking on the 'connect to wifi' page. Even more affordable devices have better app functionality... Response - It's not the wifi. As I said, the device is connected to my network (2.4ghz only). The app won't finish adding the unit. App keeps clocking.

Absolutely the worst app based on all rhe reviews. Same problem as everyone else. Device will not connect to the app. Jumped through all the hoops and still nothing. So if you are buying a molekule air purifier because it is app enabled don't.

Bought the air mini + and the app will not go ahead from the connect to wifi screen. The wifi is connected to the device as my router notified me, but the app keeps spinning. I've tried uninstalling the app, deleted cache, redone the setup multiple times, but it just won't tell me that the device is connected. Any workarounds?

Never stays connected. Follow steps to reconnect and it fails immediately. Device says it is connected but app doesn't work. Reinstalled app, no good. Very frustrating for the price of this product.

Won't connect the device to the wifi even after doing the troubleshooting and emailing the company and following their directions it still won't connect. Also company set up a time to call and never did and when they rescheduled they just repeated the useless troubleshooting that's on the website. Doesn't work and no one at the email has anything to say except try restarting everything again

Why is the app so terrible? It rarely works. I've had the air mini for years, and the app has worked twice for me. I love the air mini, but hate your app. Why, even after updates, is it so terrible? It always says no internet connection, no matter what I do, then it just gets stuck on a loading screen, forcing you out of the app and into the same cycle over and over.

Incredibly frustrating app and connectivity issues. I really want to like this device. It SEEMS like it cleans well and does its job as an air purifier. The tech inside, however is not even at an alpha stage. It just does not connect to WiFi of any kind. Bluetooth is the only thing that works. It's so sad to see when companies rush things like this to market without a plan...it could have been so good. After months later on the latest firmware, it still drops connection to the app.

*Update 8/24 - I updated to the new app and was able to finally reconnect to the machine. Being able to adjust my dark mode schedule and see the filter status was a relief. Bumped to 3 stars and if it continues to work it'll be a 5!* Great device. Poor app. Same issues as most users. It only connects occasionally. I've been able to control the device through this app maybe three times in the year I've had it. Can't even remember the last time it worked. Disappointing.
