After being able to create an account and log in, you can only scroll through the Dashboard. All other functions are NOT working. If you drag to refresh, it just shows a loading animation for forever. You can't even exit out of the app by hitting your phones Back button. Pretty....pretty useless.

I am lovimg this app and recent update came with lots of UI improvements. One thing that bothers me after the recent update is that I am unable to see the monthly and yearly summary of my own activities. The App freezes if I click on my user name (or even the profile pic). I am able to see other users and a summary of their activities but not mine. Not a showstopper but it is annoying.

The support guys are helpful and work hard to resolve issues, a bit tricky sometimes as messages are translated fom French. Turns out cycling activities are not added when recognised by devices without GPS, e.g. a Fitbit. What confused matters was that the app incorrectly flagged these activities as "manual entries" when they weren't. Also to correctly sync/connect your Strava account you have to select all options (not just the mandatory ones) for it to work and give that green tick. Now these teething problems are fixed I'll hopefully help our company raise our average!

Tried to sign up for the app in multiple ways (google, direct email..) but all of the path left me in an infinite loop when trying to log in: input the company code, select account and being thrown back to the starter screen. Phone is Xiaomi MiA2, latest android. Multiple reinstalls don't solve issue either. Additionally, don't see option to delete my data and account. App in its current state is not useable nor gives any proper error message. 2 stars given as the idea behind sounds nice.

Doesn't connect to Samsung health, I use a Samsung watch that tracks my steps and workout activities, and this app doesn't connect to it. Also, why does the app take you to a website to login every time. And then, if you try to click "connect with sitelfit" it takes you to a 404 page not found. Hit the back button, and then you can log in. Can't add activities using the pc version, only on the app. So this makes everything very complicated to use and put into action.

Great app that allows you to be part of a community - I'm part of Sitel fit & get to compete locally & globally 🙂 Ideas: add a like/dislike button on articles as some are great - thanks for the content! But PLEASE update the apps you can sync your account with!! Half of the apps require you to permanently have your phone & who has their phone 24/7 in their hand/pocket during workout, moving around at home/office? We lose points 😬 It's been the same basic apps for years... PLEASE update!!

It is a good app aside from the fact you can't link Samsung Health to it, which is such a popular brand. Instead we are forced to use Google Fit or others when that really isn't our primary fitness tracker, especially when having Samsung wearables. This just makes everything a bit more frustrating as you are required then to find a workaround.

Have not been able to access the Apps for almost a week. Update 25/06 : No Update whatsover even with sending email. Gradually will remove the star.
