Prices? Competitive. Service? Poor. Information? Stuck on 3 years ago! Reliability? Poor (you'll face tons of issues due to bad implementation of services, and items you pay for won't work many times) App UI? Hideous. Slow. Inaccurate. Overall? Only get this if you have an eSIM and want huge amounts of data. (check coverage of Zain in your area first too) Edit: now eSIM or not, you pay the same. Also, other providers now have similar plans.

Service too bad Customer service is too bad If your package is finished you can't Access the app to renew it because your data is finished, If you renewed your package all the unlimited apps will be removed without telling you, i renewed my package twice because of this issue

The "pay for next renewal" option is completely useless, as it still renews my package the moment I pay for it.

Honestly this used to be the best service provider but literally there's no network all the time and if I complain they don't do anything about it

I request a replacement sim card on 24 of sept. Now is 27 still didn't receive a simcard, i raise a complain after 24 hours ii received sms saying the problem is solved HOW? i dont have the sim card but they closed my complain very worst customer service

Yaqoot is no longer good, they reduce the days of payment 😕 and mostly before the month ends
