I have found this app to be very frustrating. If I try to fill out my daily task for my study and try to scroll all the way down to click submit, it crashes every time, without fail. I have found the only way I can complete the daily task, is to stop before I pass the last question and then very slowly scroll down to just reveal the"submit" button and then quickly click it. Tonight I ended having to do the task 3 times because I kept accidently scrolling too far. It is very frustrating.

App is amateurish. It's a failed example of "We'll make the wheel rounder"! Crashes when doing nothing. Paperwork uploads don't seem to work correctly. Three attempts to in process with a study group have all, essentially, failed. First video and audio problems, then os conversion problems, then document upload and viewing problems, now it's just a blank screen with the logo to remind me who I am frustrated with. Why not just use a conferencing app that's established, and functional. Garbage

Please fix. After yesterday's update, I can't get past the loading screen. It has me use my thumbprint to log in, and then it gets stuck on the Science 37 screen and won't do anything else. It wasn't doing this until after the update yesterday. I've tried clearing out the cache and everything and it's still not working.

App just went haywire. I entered my daily entries and then checked the date was recorded. Five previous entries all turned to today's date. Closed app and now it wants code from email like when i first installed the app months ago. I can't find trouble shooting guide or a way to contact tech help. I did email the developer. Hopefully, a fix will be addressed before tomorrow's entry is required.

Until about two weeks ago, it was telling me I had tasks due a couple times a day, when there were none. Once there actually WERE tasks, I've gotten zero notifications. There is no way to contact anyone through the app to let them know of issues, either.

App has been crashing for the last two weeks. Update 3/16: Still broken and unusable. App crashes everything when I get to the end of the survey. Doesn't matter if I go far or slow crashes every time.

Clunky registration. Meaning, when I registered I had to do a workaround; say I'd forgotten my pw in order to get a link, set a "new" pw which in reality was my registration. This is because the "Don't have an account?" link doesn't take the user to a reg page.

I'm constantly having login issues, app crashes, and I have yet to find a way to clear out past due reports. I don't understand how a biotechnology research app can have so many bugs.
