It has the same error every time you try to sign up for a class. Gym staff says "yeah it's a known issue" and the tech support treats me like nothing is really wrong with it. At one point they had me uninstall and reinstall and it worked for a day but it's back to the same thing. The error shows the instructors email address too which they may not like.

New member and can not access app. The "resend invite" does not email me. I try to call the club goes to a voicemail about reaching somoene exension. I had better luck accessing Planet Fitness app then this app. Im going to rethink my membership.

The club is great. This app is extremely slow and clunky. In fact, it's probably the most difficult to use app in terms of slowness and use. It's disappointing.

The app is working now. It was on the club side that was giving me the problem. Now we just need to get some more fitness tracker options like Samsung watch, Garmin etc. to track our fitness hr, sleep, steps, and calories burned.

Won't allow me to login. Won't 'resend invite' to my email, either... Just going to have to give my phone # to the folks at the front desk every gym session, I suppose.

Cant sign in. Ive tried "forgot password" route many times and have checked spam. I know for a fact I have the right email because they send me billing notification too it.

Great App for a great place I love to go and is very thankfuk for. Meeting some good people out of there and takes a lot of stress off me some days and nights as well.
